Goodbye 2014

This year has been a crazy beautiful mess and it has kept us on our toes until the end! We went back to our roots as photographers and began shooting film again. That's right, good old fashioned paper and light. We could not have done it without the help of so many of our peers guiding us. And to our clients that trusted us as artists and adored film as much as we do, thank you. We have some exciting news to announce early 2015! We hope that you will continue to join us on this amazing journey called life!

Watching Ginny Au present at the Erich Mcvey Workshop was one of the most beautiful things I had witnessed in a really long time. I was incredibly moved, as she spoke from her heart and directly into mine. Tears running down my face, feeling so inspired to photograph, not just beauty, but feelings, purpose and emotion. I am going to dive into more detail about the workshop and all of our experiences there, the amazing people we connected with and how it changed our business, but first, THIS.

Romantic Spring Wedding - Betsy + Mike's Love Story on Film

Congratulations to this absolutely amazing couple, who trusted us to capture their romantic spring time wedding in Paradise Valley. All of which below was shot on film, that's right, OLD SCHOOL.

SO being the total (uhum) rebel (haha) that I am, I didn't take one digital shot of these two during their portraits. Amazingly enough, Field didn't even suggest otherwise. Of course at the time, I was totally pumped (ALRIGHT!!!) and that night after the wedding, I had knots in my stomach with 'what ifs'. But we are crazy happy with how things turned out.

We fell in love with Betsy + Mike and they totally believed in us...and we knew we could give them the best. We Puffy Heart you Mike + Bets!!
